Do you have a proven track record of building organically on TikTok and Instagram?

  • ​You'll be working exclusively managing the Linkedin & FB accounts.

Here’s the role --

The Linkedin & FB Platform Manager role focuses on increasing brand organic reach through the effective use of TIkTok & Instagram platforms and is tasked with several key duties, such as:
  • Working with marketing team to develop & coordinate campaigns
  • ​Interacting with followers via the Mark Moss Linkedin & Facebook accounts and in his voice
  • ​Analyzing the existing company’s social media strategy and identifying weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • ​Actively researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • ​Maintain growth building strategy while researching new trends and algorithmic changes.
  • ​Tracking weekly KPI’s for each platform and reporting weekly findings
  • ​Recommend topics and content style to Video production team.
  • ​Maintaining weekly content plan

Hours

9am to 6pm: Monday – Friday PST
(remote work is ok, but you must be available to work during those hours to work with the rest of the team)

Weekends when necessary to ensure the job gets done

Interview wise – 
We will invite candidates to perform a task to see how they would prep some research and to see what sources and materials they would bring to the table.
